NASHVILLE, Tenn., January 13, 2025 — Nicole Beck, an experienced employee benefits executive, has joined the newly formed Employee Benefits practice of Commercial Insurance Associates (CIA), one of the nation’s largest property and casualty insurance brokers.

Beck joins CIA’s Benefits Team Practice Leader David Johnson, and Mason Johnston, account executive, to spearhead the newly launched practice area. She will serve as an account executive. Previously, she was a Senior Account Executive at Capstone Group, a Pennsylvania-based insurance brokerage. Prior to joining Capstone, she worked in a similar capacity at Brown and Brown of Pennsylvania. She began her career with stints at Walsh & Nicholson Financial Group and HealthFirst Benefits. Beck will work remotely from Pottstown, Penn.
