NASHVILLE, Tenn., August 20, 2026 — Commercial Insurance Associates is a Top 100 Independent Property/Casualty Agency in Insurance Journal’s 2026 list of the Top 100 Independent Property/Casualty agencies in the US, and was also named to the Business Insurance list of 100 Largest Brokers of U.S. Business.
This is the sixth consecutive year the company has achieved its Insurance Journal honors, and it moves up 5 slots, from #76 to #71. For Business Insurance, CIA has moved up five spots from last year to #93, with a 9.7% increase in brokerage revenue.

According to Insurance Journal, “This year marks the 22nd annual publication of Insurance Journal’s Top 100 Independent Agencies special report. “The Top 100 list is ranked by total property/casualty agency revenue for 2025 and comprises only those agencies whose business is primarily retail, and not exclusively wholesale.” Data gathered for the Insurance Journal Top 100 report is from voluntary online submissions from agencies and brokerages and best estimates based on other public information sources.
